I was ask to leave because I told her she was rude.I was standing where she had to pass to get some papers on a patient. She nearly pushed me out of her way.I told her that was rude she said that I shouldn't have been there.I was told to stand there by her receptionist. The doctor is racist as well.

Very unprofessional . I had an appointment on Monday which they decided to call the same day and cancel saying they didn't have all my information and blamed it on a new girl working. Rescheduled me for another day. The day before my new appointment I called to verify everything was alright, they said yes. The next day my appointment was at 230. At 130 I called to verify once again before I had to take off work . They lady did not send me the paperwork online which I had asked several times before. She asked me for the referral . The one I had called to make sure they had. I explained the several calls I had made. She walked me and my daughter into the consultation room, left us there for another 20 minutes and then comes back in to say I need to reschedule because they don't have all the information from the insurance.
When I told the front desk to please not request any more authorizations because I would find another dr closer to me. The dr. Lal became very rude and just kept talking over me saying we'll cancel goodbye. I explained the miscommunication from her staff and he said my pediatrician was at fault! She had no sense of respect for any of her patients and thank God she didn't get near my daughter. She should not be treating patients if she doesn't know how to speak to people.

The staff is so rude, I was supposed to have a follow up for my child and they don't even call me to remind me and off course I did miss the appointment, so then they called me to charge me for not showing up, they preferred to lose a patient than give me the opportunity to rescheduled. And the office looks so cheap!

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. One of the things that wasn’t overly impressive was their very low quality of chairs in the waiting room. They were the cheap plastic kind that are very hard on the back and my kid just hated them.
