I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
