They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. All of their advice was not only unbiased, but helpful. It was nice not to have a psychologist that pushed their opinion on me, but instead genuinely wanted to help me. I spent half my day in their waiting room. I can't believe they would expect anyone to wait that long. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
