I contacted Simon Eye to make an appointment... They sent me an email reminder a few days before the appointment, telling me that some random doctor was looking forward to seeing me. I responded and let them know that Dr. Nguyen is my doctor, so if he isn't available, please cancel the appointment and reschedule. They responded and told me he left the practice, but would not tell me where he went. I have an extremely hard time with new people, especially doctors... even more so an eye doctor because they're dealing with my vision. So once I find a good doctor, I don't want to just find another one. Why won't the practice tell patients where their doctor went? They wouldn't take a message to send to the doctor either. I don't believe I will be going back to Simon Eye. Thuc Nguyen, OD is a great doctor though!
