Very fake nice and the Medical Assistant is very immature and when you ask to speak to the Doctor, they inform you the doctor does not make phone calls!!! Really - that is ridiculous. The doctor has NEVER called to check on me and neither has anyone from her office.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
