Lindsey Babcock is by far the best around. Not only has my family member been a client for years, but I have recommended many others who work in the medical field like myself. Everyone has been so grateful for the recommendation. We were not well versed on mental health issues when we first went to Lindsey and cannot thank her enough for her guidance and support on our journey. If not for her, our child might not be here with us. I highly recommend Lindsey Babcock, she is a knowledgeable, caring, compassionate professional.

Lindsey Babcock license # IMH 6872 has been practicing with a revoked license since February and illegally for 3-5 years before that!! Check her license at the state of Florida medical quality assurance web site. I wish this website would stop promoting her illegal operation!

Run as fast and as far as you can! I am the father and victim of a Parental Alienator. The State of FL four criteria for PAS were clearly met. 13 of the 15 signs were clearly visible. Per a legal agreement, my counselor was supposed to coordinate with Lindsey. Lindsey never returned my counselor's call on the first attempt in over a year and a half of dealing with Lindsey, even after a legal agreement on how counseling was supposed to go. The first call back took 4 attempts by my counselor and finally more threats of legal action. Our goal was joint sessions and they were supposed to be coordinated by our counselors. Lindsey never suggested a joint session in over a year, the whole point of our counseling. All she did was "stone wall" my counselor. She was a "friend" to my child and not a counselor. She was an agent of the alienator instead of a positive force. She promoted the poisoning rather than teach my daughter that her mom's comments and actions (matching the classic alienator) were obviously tainted. All of these comments, my own counselor agrees with. A counselor with 35 hers experience and who headed a unit of counselors in her past career.
Lindsey was supposed to meet with my daughter regularly and Lindsey was hiding the fact the my daughter hadn't been in counseling in 2.5 months! Lindsey told my counselor the "appointments were spread out" but yet asked if I was going regularly. Which of course I was and always had been, after all I was the one pushing for counseling and legally was entitled to it. It is almost unbelievable. But very very sadly, all true.
Finally I filed in court again because she wasn't following the guidelines of our legal stipulation. The judge didn't have to even hear the case and identified my ex as "poisoning the well". Then spelling out a schedule of joint consoling sessions. At our first joint session, Lindsey asks me if I want to continue the other 3 sessions that the court ordered. Are you kidding? I fought years to get this right to try and break the PAS, my daughter is about to turn 18 and Lindsey asks me that!
She never looked at the possibility of Parental Alienation when it was plain as the nose on her face!
If that is not enough, I learned too late about her and her families legal history, which explains everything. Check out the Clerk of the Court for Volusia County. Look up her record and judgments against her just in 2014 alone! Then look at her roommate (sister's) record , and her mom's record, and her sister's baby daddy's record. It will scare you to death! Not to mention if you talk to people who grew up with her...the history of trouble would scare anyone.

I would bet any positive review of her online was a friend or family member.

For your children's sake, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Lindsey is a professional therapist with rare qualities such as professionalism, non-judgmental and comforting. From the initial call which is always answered or returned by Lindsey herself to the proficient sessions Lindsey is the best there is in my book.
