They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

Its the only place in Wichita that will give me a $7 cut. I want a hair wash and an appointment evey six set each time I leave. You need to change your salon so it is equipped to accommodate cleanliness.
