I have had the most awful experiences at this salon and will never set foot there again. First, I was getting a haircut and the gentleman cut his hand while using the scissors (could happen to anyone)- he then continued to cut my hair while dripping blood and did not get a bandaid until 5 minutes later. Absolutely unsanitary and careless. I gave them another go thinking it was just him and I couldn't judge the entire salon based on him. The next time I went for highlights and cut. My highlights were orange and the woman burned my hair with the blowdryer while trying to straighten it. The ends were hard and smelled burnt it was awful. I paid went home and drove right back once I realized how bad it was (all within 15 minutes- I live 5 mins away). I was told that I was wrong that my hair was fine and that I could absolutely not get a refund for the cost of haircut since I had paid with my debit card. The woman who cut my hair had conveniently disappeared and they couldn't find her to speak with me. The management was rude and they do not appreciate and respect their customers. Their receptionist (who could not do anything about the situation) seemed to be the only one defending me and she was very pleasant. So disappointing-- I cannot recommend them to anyone.
