I used to love this store. I purchase a lot of hair extensions and product and have spent thousands of dollars in this store. I bought a expensive hair piece and they would not replace or discount it even though the attachment was broken out of the box. This made the product unusable. They asked it I knew how to sew and were rude and told me to fix it myself but would not give me a discount. I find their no return policy on hair sales ironic because they try hair extensions on people all the time with no cap and then resell it as new hair.

I like the products in this store, HOWEVER, the sales people seem friendly but do not follow through and will in fact lie, change facts, and do whatever they feel necessary to save their own face at the expense of the customer. Do not special order ANYTHING ! They will take your money and run.
Not professional, not a place I would recommend.
