This was an absolute atrocity!!!! That's all I can think of in my head as I am crying now. The haircut was chopped short- 5 inches shorter than how I wanted it. The highlights were not done right at ALL and they were done very sloppily, some are white, one is yellow, and it just looks absolutely horrendous, like frosted zebra stripes, even though that's the exact opposite thing of what I asked for. The lady cutting hair supposedly had been there 7 years but she seemed to have absolutely no idea what she was doing. I am beside myself right now... I don't even know how to fix this. My hair now is permanently zebra striped white and is so short I can't even do anything with it and will have to wait a year for it to grow to the length I WANTED it cut to. I walked into my birthday party today with a look of SHOCK on everyone's face, and the man of my dreams saying "WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR HAIR?!" and had to hide in utter embarrassment the whole night. Worse hair cut/color of my ENTIRE LIFE.

I was very impressed. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
