Everyone in my community knows that Hair by Mitzi & CO is the absolute best in the field. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Hair by Mitzi & CO. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Hair by Mitzi & CO styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Leigh is the best!!

Hair by Mitzi & CO didn't really follow exactly what style I was asking for. I wish they had listened to me better. Hair by Mitzi & CO's equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. I would never visit Hair by Mitzi & CO again. I was very disappointed. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. Hair by Mitzi & CO was somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
