I got the worst haircut of my life here. I just needed a trim; I had a picture. The woman cut my hair an inch short all over, which looked nothing like the picture. I am so disappointed and saddened. I will NEVER go back.

I had never used Fantastic Sams until this one, and now Dan is my regular hair dresser. He always manages to see my concept of a new hairdo and does his best to make me happy. No one else would give me the color I wanted (blonde...??), but Dan did. I have been happy every time I left there. And I can use discount coupons there as well. I save lots of money going here and leave happier than at the more pricey salons.....yay!
