I would not go to this shop. They are unprofessional. They do not take their time to assure that your hair is braided completely. They will cut off your hair to keep from braiding it all the way down. I would not give them any stars if I could.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I walked out with a bald spot on the side of my head that I didn't have when I walked in and they tried to convince me that it was bald when they started. They also didn't give me the size braids that I asked for.
