I emailed them 2 weeks ago with a question about ordering. I just had a simple question regarding placing an order and nothing else. Guess what!!!! Never heard back from them. If I cannot trust them with customer service how can I even trust them with money?

P.S. Orders cannot be placed thru internet service....
