They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. , I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Very unprofessional...the "manager" was no help too me at all. There was another girl there when I was there and she was very friendly. The management obviously needs an overhaul. .

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Very professional. I had haircuts that were comparative to some I had from Newbury St. Salons in Boston for a fraction of the cost.
