This was the first time my fiance and I had ever been to a "spa" outside of get a message while deployed. Our appt. was for 430pm we didn't get back to the jacuzzi tub till almost an hour after. With a tray that looks like they just threw some grapes and dipped strawberries in chocolate syrup. The placed two bottles of water and 2 champagne glasses with what was suppose to be screwdriver (champagne and oj) but was just nasty. And a tub that could barely fit one person who stretched out in it let alone 2. Extremely cramped and uncomfortable.We were suppose to be in there 30 min we were left there almost an hour and a half. And told to put on what looked to be old walmart ( same brand they carry) robes. And taken to a room where they had us dress down and lay on the tables. But they didn't return back to start the massage for almost 30- 45 mintues. The massage was a joke my fiancee was suppose to receive the deep tissue. Which was nothing more then a rub down with lotion. I was suppose to have a swedish prenatal and it was hardly that. In a very hot and humid room that was uncomfortable.This was so bad that my fiancee never wants to go to a spa again. And way over priced, to them a 10% discount of $230 is $10. What a joke.
