I am a guy and came in from out of state as a new customer.

Chrissy is fantastic and she and her staff makes everyone extremely welcome.

It is an open and well decorated environment that welcomes everyone and you get to chat with customers. This is a 10 out of 10 service and I recommend people from Penn Yan, Geneva, Watkins Glen, and Hammondsport, NY come to see and get this great experience.

I received special attention and Chelee gave me a wonderful style/cut and color with great highlights that looked as I expected. She has a special touch when shampooing and cutting your hair. This was my first visit and I look forward to the same care and attention from this point on. I have often found in the past that stylists give you overboard attention on the first appointment but once they know you are a regular, that seems to lessen. I think it should be the opposite; to treat your on-going, loyal customers royally.

They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

I loved the cut I got. The color was iffy. The stylist got hair dye on my forehead. I think they could have been more careful as far as that is concerned. The woman was friendly and did a wonderful cut, just didn't pay much attention to not getting dye everywhere.
