So bad, the lady cutting my hair didn't know what she was doing at all. When I asked her to stop, she kept going to try to "fix" what she did, but I stood up and asked for her manager. My hair is mangled and I start my new job on Monday. What a horrible experience. On top of that, she tried to get me to pay full price! I just left. Absolutely horrible stylists.
The new manager at Mastercuts is just horrible. She treats her staff like children and punishes them if they sit down when there is nothing to do. She treats customers just as rude. I hope they find someone soon to replace her. They seem to be pulling people from out of a hat to fill the position. They need to shop around better
