Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I had an overall bad experience. They kept pushing their devacurl products on me without thinking about the way they were cutting my hair. I left with split ends! I didn't check into the prices and didn't see any listed when I got there. I spent $75 and left unhappy. The girl put so much product in my hair that my forehead was stiff when leaving. The girl was definitely more focused on selling products than making me comfortable. My hair is now uneven and has many split ends. I would not be returning but they will have to fix the problems and justify what is on my receipt. I feel cheated.
