They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Did your hair stylist dry and style your hair after your hair cut?
The stylist quickly dried and styled my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
