I called first to inquire about rates and availability. Satisfied, I booked an appointment for the next day. The shop was easy to locate, although I was already familiar with the area. The person performing my manicure and pedicure was late in arriving, and spent the next 15 minutes preparing for the procedure. From the start I was not made to feel the least bit welcome, but rather as a burden. At one point, during the pedicure, the operator stopped to eat a couple of chocolate donuts! The actual pedicure/manicure was performed in a terribly rushed and unprofessional manner and the results were less than pleasing. Perhaps I was there on a bad day, perhaps it was just the operator but, I would NOT return to this establishment even if the services were free.
