I felt I had to write my own review of In Boston, take it from someone who knows. I have been a client of Emily for years, I started with her when she was a stylist then moved with her when she left, I was thrilled when she took over ownership of In Boston. She is caring and compassionate as well as a talented stylist. I have never had a bad experience at this salon. I always get compliments on my cuts and I have referred no less than 15 people. Most of whom are still salon clients. If you are looking for quality, professional and friendly hairstylists come to In Boston. You will have your forever salon

Stylists at In Boston are genuine and talented...Each offering a special ingredient to the "recipe" that Emily Fleming has successfully created.
I trust any of the stylist to do my hair and I look forward to every appointment...As for the prior "unhappy" review, I have never experienced that situation in all the years I have been going there. I get compliments on my hair all the time... Some people just take the time to say something negative....I decided to take the time to write something positive....Glass is always half full.

I ended up leaving really frustrated and confused because although my stylist was terrific it became obvious that the owner of the salon could care less about client care. After repeated complaints about the lack of hot water for washing out color/chemicals and damaged hair as a result I was told that the water heater needed to be "re-booted." I know how to re-boot a computer, but a water heater? The owners answer was "summer is coming and then clients won't want such hot washes. This is no solution for the amount of money that I choose to spend on my hair!!
She didn't seem to have any qualms about taking the stylists chair rental, but why they paid it is beyond me when she failed to supply the basics!!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
