i am a long time customer of great clips and i want to bring this to your attention because i feel that one of the workers was really unprofessional. i was only in the shop on 16st and glendale for about five minute when i over heard an older women who i believe is the manager of the shop having a conversation wit another worker talking down other co-workers and previous customers. it is very unprofessional to be having a conversation like i was hearing. i dont think it is ok at all to be talking bad about other co-works or customers while there are other customers waiting for a hair cut. I am no longer going to be a local customer to this shop and im telling friend about my experinces with this shop.
