I went n with a disaster n came out happy n feeling beutiful and understood what i should do in the future colorings. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
