They always honor my appointment. I'm pretty sure they have lots of business, but I've never have to wait. I've switched hairdressers twice because both times my old hairdresser had medical issues, and each time I stayed at Creative Expressions and was pleased with my new hairdresser. One of them told me that her boss taught her a lot and that the place was under good management. My current hairdresser, Carolyn, always does a great job and we developed a great relationship within three appointments! Overall, everyone there is very kind and professional, and all three hairdressers I've had are very talented.

They are always pretty reasonable and helpful when scheduling your appointment. I like that when you go in they hang up your coat and offer you a drink. The salon is nice, always clean, and everyone is pretty friendly. They are a little pricy, but cheaper than some other nice salons in the area. I don't ever feel jipped paying for their work because the experience is comfortable and I always leave looking and feeling amazing.

I couldn't believe how convenient their parking was here. I found a spot right away. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My stylist made sure to not spray water in my face. I felt very relaxed. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The stylist quickly washed my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
