1. Renovatie the shop because it is in dire need of an update.

2. Wipe down your stations stylists or hire someone to capable of it.

3. Have bevergages for your customers even if it no more than water.

4. Add real plants, spruce up the place please, for years it is still the same old same old.

5. What I asked for is NOT what a got. I need a style that can be maintained at home but sent home with no instructions of hair care. Walked out looking beautiful but in 3 days I looked like a Dutch boy.

6. Do your home work, take photos of what you have in mind then discuss issues with the stylists.

7.Staff is friendly,

Have went there for YEARS, however now I am searching for a new salon.

Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but were pushed aside for the hair stylist's ideas. Much arrogance on his part. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again and was disappointed with the mind games. The picture of the shackled nude woman in the storage room was disturbing. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I will absolutely return. Tweedie is great and makes sure I'm always happy with my hair style. She does a great job with color/highlights.
