They have a nice kids area in case you have to bring them along. They are prompt and courteous and prices are reasonable. Willing to fix a cut if you get home and it isn't just right.

Everyone is friendly/wonderful but my favorite stylist is Mel. She remembers my name, all of my children's names and everything we talked about the last time I was in and that is saying a lot because I usually make an appt every 6-8 month (I know, I neglect my hair). The parking is great, I never wait once I get there, and everyone is smiling and seems to enjoy their job.
