No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!

I've been going here since I was a kid! My mom would bring me when she went to get her hair done, then I started getting my hair done when I was in high school and my mom trusted them to take good care of my hair! They've done everything from highlights to a perm! It always comes out good! Terry is wonderful, but so is the rest of the staff! The new building provides them with more room and improvements! I recently moved and tried another hair salon, but was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and my hair.... It was foolish of me to go anywhere but Hair It Is!

It was a good experience at Hair-It-Is. Terry was knowledgable and helpful when I couldn't decide exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was very friendly, relaxed environment.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. My stylist makes every effort to keep hair off of me. I am not itchy after my appointments. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments.
