Accurate hair cut but no styling. Sends you home looking worse than when you came in.

I really enjoy going to Chelsea Morning Hair Designs.
I love the way my hair looks when I leave. AND, the manicures
and pedicures are wonderful also. Did I mention about the
hospitality...? Also, wonderful...!!!
