I have been to 5 star spas resorts, so my expectations are high. The team in Laramie does the best for small town spa services. Parking in any downtown area can by difficult. It seams especially bad around lunch and dinner in this area. If you don't have any early appointment give yourself planty of time, you'll eventually find spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time, and if I am even one minute late they kind of give you "the look" when you get inside. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their office was nice and quiet for massages. Getting a facial, manicure or pedicure can get overly loud, especially if the front desk is busy or if the staff has a lot to talk about, as they gather right there by those service areas. But again this isnt' Elizabeth Arden, so you just deal and the treatments are worth it .

Cartouche Day Spa is an absolute expert in the field! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at Cartouche Day Spa's office. Cartouche Day Spa is always prepared for my appointment and remembers everything about me. Cartouche Day Spa was helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
