My hair fell out after bleach. Do not go here for color. Michael paid no attention to detail... Do not waste your time or money here. This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. There's no way I'll ever be back to this provider. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

I saw someone in a local store who had the haircut I have been wanting. When I asked who she used she told me that Michael did her hair and did a great job. I set an appointment with him and he did a very good job. I have received several compliments. I would say their price for shampoo, cut and style is pretty much in line with most salons, maybe even a little less. He recommended highlights. I have colored my own hair for several years but am thinking about letting him do it. Michael was friendly and professional.

I waited a long time to see Michael, but he is very good and many customers request him. Their prices were pretty good, but not cheap. The office was easy enough to find. Their staff did not speak to me. Michael kept encouraging me to return for a special price on color, but I knew I would not take advantage of it. I color my own hair and it's still too expensive for me.
