They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. I love getting my hair washed at this salon. My stylist even massages my scalp during the wash, It feels amazing! I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The girls are great! They make you feel at home, and never as if you're a bother to them or interfering with THEIR day.
