Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome, making me feel more like a nuisance than anything else, at all stages. They cancelled my appt without notifying me and when I showed up were not helpful at all and didn't seem particularly apologetic about having simply erased my name from their scheduling, leaving me in a complete bind. I was furious when I left.

I would suggest the staff work on their customer relations and be a bit more obliging and polite. They may have a roster of regular clientele thus they don't feel the need to be polite to outsiders but this is not a way to conduct business.
