First I am writing b/c I rarely write reviews but I always look them up when I try new products/services. Me not being from the Cincinnati area I tried my darnest to find reviews on local hair stylists and not to my surprise there were very little. In either case I tried all sorts of stylists in the area and have found that this shop to be very professional and compared to my past experiences I did not have to wait to be tended to nor did it take forever for the service. I have been going to Kim the owner since I first stepped foot in the shop. She’s very experienced and detailed and her hair products are top notch. I highly recommend her .

Everything previously said is accurate. My only issue is how long it takes. I get excellent service whenever I go, but I have to admit that it does take a long time for me. I'm also not saying it's a bad thing, but if you're in a rush, you definitely need to plan it out accordingly. Great service though! Excellent quality, and I love to go here!

My daughter has always had a good experience at this salon. The quality of the work that they do is exceptional and they are very polite and respectful. My daughter likes to wear her hair straight and it feels so silky and smooth when she leaves the salon. She gets lots of compliments on it!

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I’d choose them over any other salon anywhere. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
