I was at the New Milford location last night (Wed) at 6:40. The open light was on and the door was open. I went in for a haircut and there were 3 stylist there but I was told that after they finished the people in their chairs they werent taking anymore customers. Well, why have your open sign on and why have the door unlocked? I'm sure that my wife and I can find other places to cut our hair that will be more then happy to take care of us.

I went there to get a trim and when I got home I saw my hair was a mess! Some parts were short other long, it looked like a kid cut pieces of my hair! I will never go back again!I wish I could post a picture here you would not believe I got my hair cut at a salon.
