I used to go here to get my eyebrows waxed. I don't remember her name but the lady who always did mine did a good job- she was careful and did them just how I liked them. However, they were awful at keeping appointments on time. I would schedule an appt to come in and often left waiting for at least 15mins, one time I waited 45mins after my scheduled appt time until I was seen. I would have left but I had a wedding to attend that day. Sadly that was the last straw and I stopped going there. I realize it was not a highly priced service but I just left like they had no consideration for my time.
