Christine Lawrence was my stylist on my first visit to the salon on March 7, 2015. She was excellent with helping me decide on the type of color, highlights or an all over color. She was very professional. I will be visiting again in the future and will be recommending her as well.

I have had nothing but friendly, professional service at this salon. I got the best waxing I have ever had--I still cannot believe how much hair is gone! My hair color looks great, and I get a lot of compliments on it. What I originally wanted done was explained to me--both pros and cons--very thoroughly; I ended up changing my mind about that procedure and got something else that I am much happier with.

I travel and move around a lot, so I like the covenience of going to JCP salons. Out of all the ones I have ever used--at least 6 in 5 states--this is the best!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
