When I walk into the salon, I feel welcomed. I loved that the staff didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. I felt very relaxed. I wish I could afford to go more often, hair salon prices in general feel high to me . Blue House is comparable to other salons. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit and a drink is usually offered which makes me feel welcomed. Although I know I might be given a hard time for things I've chosen to do with my hair between visits, I've always left feeling like my hair looked amazing, especially when it comes to color.

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They had quite a few interesting magazines. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

The Blue House is not the name of a typical neighborhood salon. This private salon is tucked away in a cozy little suburb of downtown Indy, which only adds to its charm. The moment you walk in you get the feeling this is going to be an all together different day. The Blue House has a very relaxed, urban feel with a twist of cottage kitch. This anti assembly line establishment brings geometry and individuality together. Bring your sense of self and let The Blue House indulge you.
