I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Expressions Hair & Nail Salon as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
