I knew I was getting top-of-the-line service when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Whenever I go to the salon, they make me feel like I'm their only client. They really go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with my hair cut. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I always feel like a princess when I leave the salon.
