They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.
