I had an appointment last Friday for a perm and trim. The person that made my appointment should not have had permission to book me at 10:00. This is because the beautician had to keep stopping from working on my hair and do other peoples hair. I told her I didnt mind waiting and I didnt but didnt get a proper trim. My bangs hadnt been trimmed in 3 months and I had to go some where else to get them trimmed this week. Also I told her I was letting the sides of my hair grow out and one side had a little chunk taken off. I also did not get my hair styled before I left and had to come home and fix my hair. I really enjoyed meeting her and talking to her, though.

I love the Salon. I've been using Maribeth for years and love that she listens to me and gives me and my children amazing hair.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

The Mane Attraction is a beautiful salon and the stylist are very friendly. Not only do they do a great job with adult cuts, they are amazing with children. My little girl had her first cut there and it was a great experience. I highly recommend them!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
