They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
