My stylist tried a little bit to keep me covered during my appointment, but I still got some hair on my clothes. It wasn't a lot, but it was still uncomfortable. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The shampoo and conditioner used at Beauty Club Beauty Center wasn't top of the line but it did it's job. Beauty Club Beauty Center's office was clean enough.
