I was a recent customer of Famous Hair in New Castle, IN 47362. I set up and made an appointment with one of their associates named Ashley Wright. In the beginning she seemed to be very helful. I showed her a picture in one of their books of what color I would like my hair to be. Which was almost completley blonde highlights with a few very dark thin strands within it. She said ok, she could would be happy to do this. I stressed to her that I wanted alot of blonde. After she dried my hair I had very little blonde with blonde in the very front, which I had told her I didn't like "streakes" it needed to blend. She told me at this time you do not like it do you I can tell she siad. I told her I liked the cut but I wanted more blonde like I had told her. Although I did like the cut. So from that point she gave me her personal cell number and told me I could call her and she would do my hair again at her home free of charge and add the blonde. Also she would cut my childrens hair since she does several peoples business out of her home. So I told her ok that would be fine as long as it got fixed I was told I needed to wait a few weeks before I put chemicals on it again so I did. I tried several times to contact her and every attempt she told me she was busy. She did tell me that I could come back to Famous Hair and pay to get it redone. Which I am greatly upset about because I already spent $70.00 on hair that I did not want. I have several text messages from Ashley saying she can do it next weekend but next weekend never came. At this point she is being very rude with me saying she doesn't care what I think about the job she has done. I tried to contact the store managers on this situation but come to find out Ashley is an assistant manager and her friend Shannon is the manager so I am at a point that I can't win at. I would greatly appreciate someone to contact me regarding this manner and let me know what is going to do be done to fix this issue. If no one contacts me on this matter I will have no choice than to contact the Better Business Bureau. I can be contacted at rennee322009@yahoo.com.
