I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was satisfied with my beauty treatment from Hair It Is. I liked what they did and will be going back. Not only did my stylist dry my hair after they cut it, but they styled it exactly how I wanted and I went straight out right after my appointment! Hair It Is seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed. I'll return to Hair It Is again. I didn't have a bad experience.
