A Touch of Class is a wonderful Salon/Barber. There has never been a wait and I've always been greeted as soon as I walk in the door. The owner is friendly and always present. Prices are reasonable and the staff always expresses the utmost gratitude for tips. Overall, I believe this to be the best hair/tanning business in West County.

I have had a difficult time in the past with finding a good salon, but I will never go anywhere else after going there. It was by far the best salon I've ever been to, and I think it's the best salon out there. The staff is extremely helpful, and always full of very helpful suggestions on how to take care of my hair. I was very impressed.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
