I called this tanning salon to get a price quote on a one year package. I was given a price over the phone and I decided to use this salon. I arrived at the salon and I talked to one of the employees and she calculated a price that was over $100 more than I was quoted. The employee said she was there when the manager quoted me the price over the phone and said she would call her to check. The manager told her how to figure the price and came up with the higher price again. Instead of giving me the price I was told over the phone they told me I would have to pay this other price. I work in retail and I understand mistakes are made but I don't think it's right or good business for a manager to quote a price then when the customer gets in there place of business give them a price that is quite a bit more and expect them to pay it and to think that nothing is wrong with that. Very frustrating and unprofessional in my opinion. I will be using a different tanning salon.
