I had no problem returning a shampoo there (I had the same one at home already) it says on the recipt store credit only. I have also had my highlights and hair cut done by a few different hair stylists at beauty plus salon and I have loved it every single time. I tell all of my friends to go there!

They are selling beauty products. But be careful. You can return them for STORE CREDIT ONLY. There is no sign about this in the store, just small print paper near the register, which is impossible to notice. You do not have any warning sign about this policy, so think twice before you will buy anything there.

This place is disgusting. The salon is dirty, there are like 50 women packed into the back of the store, hair all over the place. I got there (my stylist was 20 minutes late), waited for my turn, and right away was shocked by how dirty this establishment was. There was hair and a used towel on the couch! I was then told by the stylist to get my hair washed (she didn't even tell me where to go, she just pointed to the back). I walk back to the shampoo area and there are 6 women waiting on the waiting chairs, no direction, no organization, no one to tell you where to go. Some girl washed my hair, she did an OK job and then told me I was done (but where do I go now)?? Then my stylist gets me and tells me she's ready. Well, she's surely NOT ready as her client is still sitting in the chair! She tells the client to get up because she's running late. So the client takes her blow dryer and starts blowing off all the hair on her clothes off. Then, the stylist simply takes a towel and brushes her hair off of the chair and tells me to have a seat! I was in shock yet again! She starts cutting, meanwhile I hear all this chattering from a lady behind them (Who probably works there or knows them well). She's gabbing on about useless things, complaining, whining, and meanwhile, my hairdresser is cutting, cutting, and cutting WAY TOO MUCH while yapping along with the other lady. My haircut and blow dry only lasted 10 minutes!!!! In the end, I give my haircut a 5/10, the service about a 2/10, and the price about 6/10, I'm just not use to going to dirty salons with poor customer service. Unless you're ok with poor management, service, and being treated like another number than DO NOT go here!

Awful! I was so unhappy with my haircut and the style. I asked for my hair to be blown out straight just not flatiron flat and they curled my hair!!! My hair is curly, I go to a salon to get a change and even my own hair is not a frizzy mess that they made it out to be. I had to wait a long time and was not given the time of day by any one working there. Save your money, save your time and most importantly your hair!!!!

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I hated the beauty treatment I received. Would have liked a refund. Hair color came out horrible., Mangement did not make sure I was okay or apologize after trying to fix my hair. Got over charged. I believe if a customer is not happy after spending a lot of money, the problem should be fixed correctly. Would not return again. A little kindness goes a long way. If management/owner handled this situation better I would have been happier.
