I am pleased with my short haircut. Every time I had my haircut elsewhere, I had to come home and try to fix the bangs or something; I was never satisfied with my haircut, no matter where I went, until I tried Henry's.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
